On international level the EBC*L is hosted by two organizations.
1. The International Centre of the EBC*L is based in Vienna, Austria and managed by Victor Mihalic (CEO).

EBC*L International is responsible for supporting the existing countries, the international distribution of the EBC*L and the further development of the EBC*L system.

The Council has the function as professional back stopper and provider of academic and strategic leadership.
EBC*L in Nigeria
In January 2008 a contract to establish the EBC*L in Nigeria was signed by Victor Mihalic from EBC*L International and Mr. Ikechukwu Nwaobasi, from Aglobex Nig Limited. The National Representative Office is responsible for distribution, operation and quality control at country level.

On March 14th 2008 the EBC*L was introduced to the Nigerian education market at University of Lagos as being the first certificate of managerial core competences in Nigeria. At a press conference and the official opening launch, notable participants – some of them representing famous Nigerian universities – affirmed that EBC*L offers a great opportunity for Nigeria for “quality guaranteed business education” and the local spread of entrepreneurship with international standard. Being part of the remarkable event Victor Mihalic CEO of EBC*L International characterizes the EBC*L launch as raving success.
