Ezirim presented 15 Nigerian academicians, politician, Education Consultant and Company CEOs MEBC*L certificates. The awards came from the Council for Business Competence for Europe based in Germany and the International office of EBC*L, Vienna and confirm the recipients as  the Project Leaders of the Preparatory Centers in Nigeria. Speaking at the ceremony, the Federal Commissioner representing Imo State on the Board of Niger Delta Development Commission, Prince Emma Assor remarked "EBC*L is seen as one of the strategies we need in Nigeria in capacity building in order to prepare our nation for the kind of harvest that we are expecting as regards the vision 2020". "Human capacity development programmes like the EBC*L represent all genuine, responsible and gainful activities of the government, individuals, corporate bodies, and other stakeholders aimed at improving the lives of the citizenry.
